For the curious, self-aware seeker whose patterns keep running the show. The medicine composts what no longer serves and reconnects you to who you are beneath the pattern, so you can step into choice.

Three different paths.
One steady place to walk them.
Master plants have long been known as tools of knowledge: teachers for growth, study, and understanding yourself, as well as healing. Each teaches differently, and none more deeply than another.
For the busy mind that has talked it through and still feels stuck. A master teacher of truth, held in daylight and in nature, that shows what is out of alignment and calls you to own your choices, words, and actions.
For those called to ayahuasca, new to the medicine or seeking deeper study. Held in the Shipibo tradition, the medicine travels to the root, personal and ancestral, and opens paths forward in a life. An apprenticeship of the self.
The Mindful Microdose.
Structure, guidance, and sacred support for wherever you are in your work with the medicine. A guided three-month psilocybin micro-dosing program with education, somatic practice, and community.
Something in you knows it's time.
Three paths in. One complete framework.
Three distinct people come to this program. All three are in the right place.
Arriving ready for your medicine work
You are approaching plant medicine and you want to arrive fully ready. Microdosing in the weeks before a ceremony builds readiness in body and mind, so you arrive settled when you sit.
Anchoring what ceremony opened into daily life
You sat with the medicine. Something real happened. And now you're back in ordinary life watching the clarity slowly fade. This program gives those insights a place to live, in your body, your habits, and your daily reality.
Building a daily relationship with medicine without a macro experience
You want something you can work with in daily life. A practice that fits your days, with structure that keeps you following through. You may be in therapy, managing medications, or simply seeking a better way to move through life.

Kimberly and Jason didn't design this program.
They lived it first.
When Kimberly and Jason Ocaña founded Ananda Lodge, they had already been in the work for years. They had sat in ceremony and seen what it opens. But it was their own personal microdose practice, intentional, guided, and held within a somatic framework, that made the difference between insights that visited and change that actually stayed.
Microdosing didn't replace the ceremony. It bridged it. It kept the work alive between ceremonies, kept the body in relationship with the medicine, and gave the emotional body time to process what ceremony had moved.
What they discovered in their own lives became the methodology behind The Mindful Microdose. This is not a program Ananda sells. It is a program Ananda lives.
Ancient wisdom. Somatic practice. Woven together.
Follow-through takes three things working at once: an understanding of how your patterns formed, the somatic intelligence of the body, and the sacred wisdom of frameworks that have mapped human change for generations.
Pattern Decoding
You will learn how your patterns formed and how to interrupt them, so change becomes a choice rather than a struggle.
The Medicine Wheel
An ancient framework adapted as a living map for your healing arc. Earth, Water, Fire, and Air each correspond to a dimension of change. You will always know where you are in the arc and what the work of this season is asking of you.
Somatic, Trauma-Informed Psychology
The body holds what the mind cannot process. Somatic practices bring you into the felt sense of your patterns, your edges, and your capacity for change. This is how insights become embodied rather than intellectual.
Psilocybin as a Sacred Ally
The medicine underpins everything the methodology sets in motion. The medicine is a daily companion to the work, deepening awareness of the body and keeping the work active across the full three months. The microdose is woven through all of it.
Why a microdose ally.
A microdose is small enough to live your day with. Many people find it brings a felt sense of presence and awareness of the body. Psilocybin does not impose an experience; it tends to amplify what is already present. That is why guidance matters: the medicine opens, and the structure determines what becomes possible inside that opening.
Three phases. One continuous arc.
Each phase builds on the last. The foundations laid in Phase I are cultivated in Phase II. What opens in Phase II is embodied and integrated in Phase III.
The Path
Establish the intentional foundation for change. You plant seeds here, not just intentions, but the structural conditions for the person you are becoming.
The Way
Cultivate an authentic relationship with your inner wisdom body. Safe space and somatic tools allow healing to emerge, including what ceremony opened, or what the body has been holding.
The Wisdom
Step into your becoming. Complete this arc feeling the truth of embodiment, your awareness, your tools, and your purpose integrated into how you actually live.

What guests actually experienced.
"This journey provided me with direction I had never received in traditional therapy. This was the first holistic approach that actually worked."
"I feel a sense of contentment and groundedness that I can't remember ever having in my life."
"There is no doubt this work increased my confidence to take better care of myself and others. I am so much more aware of my behaviors and how to manage emotions in my body."
What makes this approach distinct.
Ceremony-Informed Design
Built specifically around medicine work, before, after, or alongside it. The structure, tools, and guidebooks are designed for people in real relationship with plant medicine, not general wellness seekers.
Pattern Decoding
You will understand how your patterns formed and how to interrupt them. This program teaches you the mechanism, so change becomes precise rather than effortful.
The Medicine Wheel as a Living Map
An ancient framework adapted for modern integration. Each element maps to a dimension of your healing. You will always know where you are in your arc and what this season is asking of you.
Ceremony-Experienced Guides
Both guides carry extensive personal and professional experience with plant medicine. They understand preparation and integration from walking this path themselves.
Held by people who have walked this path.

Kimberly Ocaña
Kimberly is the co-founder of Ananda Lodge Costa Rica and a medicine carrier and guardian, certified in somatic trauma-informed plant medicine work and integration. With over 15 years of personal coaching, she brings both lived experience and formal training to every container she holds.
Her own path through corporate burnout and into ancient healing traditions is the origin of this program. She continues her apprenticeship in the Shipibo-Konibo ayahuasca tradition with deep reverence, and is also a certified sound healing therapist and herbalist in training.

Dana Mistretta
Dana is a certified Reiki Master Teacher and Intuitive Guide with over 27 years of experience as a former elite-level athlete, educator, and fitness professional. She brings deep expertise in emotional intelligence, workshops, guided meditation, and life coaching.
She serves as President and Co-Founder of the Sanctuary of Consciousness, a spiritual church honoring plant medicine as sacred sacrament. Her path as a Medicine Woman is guided by her Indigenous teachers, walked with reverence, humility, and lifelong devotion.
A thoughtful approach to every guest.
This program is grounded in somatic psychology, sacred tradition, and trauma-sensitive care. We believe education is empowerment.
What this is not
This program is not a treatment for any health condition. It is a guide to the path of self-empowerment and change. We encourage working alongside conjunctive therapy as an additional layer of support, particularly for those managing significant mental health histories.
Medicine Quality
We work with a single, reputable microdose provider to ensure consistent, high-quality medicine throughout the program. Once registration is complete, guests receive private access to order through our trusted source.
Ongoing Support
Our guides make themselves available via email, WhatsApp, and phone throughout the program. You are not alone between sessions, the support structure extends well beyond the scheduled calls.
Program Alignment
We reserve the right to assess alignment before and during the program. Microdosing is not appropriate for everyone, particularly those with severe mental health conditions. If questions arise, we address them directly and with care.
