Ayahuasca
The grandmother. Three night ceremonies in the Shipibo tradition.
June 12–19, 2027 · Ten guests maximum · Playa Grande, Guanacaste, Costa Rica
Shipibo Ayahuasca, the grandmother.
For those who have done the work for years and keep arriving at the same wound. The insight is there, and yet the body returns to the same place. Ayahuasca works at the root, clearing patterns formed long before you were conscious of them. Held at night in the Shipibo tradition by Maestro Wilder, with icaros, floral baths, and two individual consultas that direct the work toward what you carry.
Each night directed by what the last one revealed.
Nervous system safety before the medicine, and room to integrate between each ceremony.
First Medicine
A traditional vomitivo and floral bath prepare the body. That night, the first ceremony builds trust and lets the medicine begin its work.
The Second Ceremony
A floral bath, then a deepening of what the first made safe to meet. Focused icaros and energy work directed toward each guest.
The Third Ceremony
The final floral bath and ceremony: harmonizing, anchoring, and closing the medicine arc.
Around the ceremonies: vomitivo and floral baths, two personal consultas with the Maestro, breathwork, somatic movement, art therapy, beach sunsets, a private chef, and your own ocean-view suite.
“I came here to really find myself, feeling hopeless, unable to forgive myself for things from my childhood. I got all of that, and more.”
Chris · First cohortYou have touched it in ceremony. This is how you finally move it.
You are not new to this work. Years of therapy or coaching, perhaps psilocybin, perhaps a single ayahuasca retreat. You touched something real, and it came back. What you carry runs deeper: long-held grief, trauma, or patterns that talk and lighter medicines have not reached.
You may recognize yourself here
- You have touched it, and you have not yet moved it.
- Grief or an old pattern keeps returning: a new relationship, a new form, the same place in the body.
- A single retreat opened the door, and nothing held you once you walked through it.
- You are ready for intensity, and you want to go to the root.
- Lineage matters to you: who carries the medicine, how ceremony is held, how you are kept safe.
- You can honor the medical screening, the dieta, and the time away this work asks for.
What the medicine offers
The root clears, and the change holds. Night ceremonies with icaros, held in the Shipibo lineage by Maestro Wilder, followed by the Anchor phase to walk you through what opened.
What it asks of you
Courage, and trust in the container. Some nights will be hard. The program is built to hold that, before, during, and long after ceremony.
Not certain this is your medicine? Your alignment call is where we decide together.
Attune. Immerse. Anchor. Every part has a purpose.
Preparation readies the nervous system and sharpens the intention. The retreat opens the door. Integration builds what you saw into how you decide, speak, and live. The same guardians and the same ten people hold you through all of it.
Preparation
- 2 personal intention & tracking calls
- 4 weekly cohort sessions
- Microdose ally
The retreat

- 3 Shipibo ayahuasca ceremonies
- All-inclusive

Cohort sessions
Live online, on Mondays, with your guardians and your cohort of ten. Weekly in Attune, every two weeks in Anchor. Session time is confirmed at enrollment.
Personal calls
One-to-one video calls with your guardian, booked at times that suit you. Two in Attune for intention and tracking, three in Anchor to shape your pathway.
Microdose ally
Psilocybin. Begins after Session 1 and pauses at Session 4, before the retreat. Picked up again at Session 5 and continued for two months.
Between sessions
Pod pair-ups, a WhatsApp community, daily routines and goals, and integration and resource materials to work with at your own pace.
"This amount of people allowed actual community to be built between all of us. Nothing is missing. Everything is within."
Preparation. Setting the compass.
Attune builds the foundation. We focus on nervous system readiness, presence in daily life, and honing the intention for the work ahead. Safety is built individually and as a community, through one-to-one and group connection, with the support of your microdose ally.

The outcome
A compass set. You arrive in Costa Rica regulated, connected to your circle, and clear on the direction you are headed.
The eight-day healing arc.
A carefully sequenced progression: three ceremonies with room to integrate between each, and two individual consultas that direct the Maestro's work toward what you carry. The full arc of healing, not a single night.
The Landing
Arrival, welcome, and orientation. Meeting the land, the circle, and the Maestro, and letting the nervous system slow before the work begins.
Vomitivo & First Medicine
A traditional vomitivo and floral bath prepare the body. That night, the first ayahuasca ceremony.
Integration & First Consulta
Group integration circle and somatic movement. Your first individual consulta: the Maestro receives what surfaced and directs the next ceremony toward it.
The Second Ceremony
A floral bath, then the second ceremony deepens what the first made safe to meet, with focused icaros and energy work for each guest.
Weaving & Second Consulta
Integration circle, art therapy, breathwork, and beach time. Your second consulta prepares and focuses the final ceremony.
The Third Ceremony
The final floral bath and third ceremony: harmonizing, anchoring, and closing the medicine arc.
Landing It
Closing integration circle, somatic movement, and a sunset beach walk. Anchoring what the medicine revealed into the body before you leave.
Carrying It Home
A closing circle and departure, with a clear thread into Anchor two weeks later.
Schedule is a guide and may shift with the needs of the group.
Integration. Living what you saw.
Anchor is the emergence of the new self, and empowerment for the way forward. We take what the medicine showed you and build it into how you decide, speak, and live, with the microdose ally offering structure and clarity. Community deepens as medicine through group sessions, pod pair-ups, and three personalized pathway calls that help each guest walk the path of empowerment and build their own resource toolkit.
