Women's Retreats
A wholly female container.
Ananda's women's retreats are held entirely by women, for women. Every facilitator, medicine carrier, care-team member, and chef is female, so the whole week unfolds inside a circle of women. Within that container the work is tuned to the female body and nervous system: trauma-informed somatic practice, cacao and heart-opening ceremony. With a maximum of eight guests, these immersions become a place to reclaim the body, honour lineage, and remember a sovereignty that is wholly your own.

First Responders
Rest for the first to respond.
Ananda's first responder retreats are built for the people who run toward what everyone else runs from, firefighters, paramedics, police, military veterans, and frontline healthcare workers. Co-founder Jason spent nearly two decades as a firefighter and paramedic, so this container is shaped from the inside: it understands cumulative and post-traumatic stress, the hypervigilance that never quite switches off, and the particular guilt and grief carried by those trained to stay composed.

Some guests feel called to work with plant medicine in a quieter and more private setting. Our private retreats in Costa Rica offer the opportunity to step away from the structure of a group retreat and enter a personalized container designed around your needs, intentions, and pace. Whether you are seeking a deeply personal journey, traveling as a couple, or gathering a small group of trusted friends, our team works closely with you to curate a private experience that honours your goals and your comfort.
