This application is the first step in a five-part enrollment process. We review every application carefully, not as a gate, but as a commitment to building the right container for everyone in the cohort. Please answer honestly. There are no correct answers, only accurate ones.

This program is designed for people who have already done meaningful personal work. This section helps us understand where you are in that journey.

Readiness and Commitment

This is the most important section of the application. This program requires real commitment, not just to the immersion, but to the full 4-month arc. The questions below are designed to help us understand whether this is the right time for you.

11This program runs for 4 months and includes weekly group calls, 5 private coaching sessions, a microdosing protocol, and an 8-day immersion in Costa Rica. Are you able to commit to the full arc?

Be honest. If this is a stretch, tell us. Timing matters, and we would rather help you find the right cohort than enroll you before you are ready.

We are not looking for a specific answer here. We are assessing whether you have a support structure outside of the program container.

14This program involves group coaching calls where you will be asked to show up honestly with a cohort of peers. How do you feel about working in a group setting?

Examples: major life transitions, travel commitments, relationship instability, financial pressure, work demands. Share anything relevant.

Medicine Pathway and Health History

Ananda works with psilocybin, ayahuasca, and San Pedro / Huachuma. Your health history and current medications will determine which medicine pathways are appropriate for you. There are no wrong answers. Full honesty here protects you.

This is essential for safety screening. SSRIs and SNRIs do not disqualify you from the program, but they may affect which medicine pathway is appropriate for you.
