As an empathic medicine woman, Kimberly brings 20 years of experience in wellness, coaching, and working with plants. After experiencing corporate burnout, she turned to ancient wellness traditions and plant medicine for soul reconnection and transformation.
Kimberly is a trauma-informed plant medicine coach, certified sound wellness therapist, and is training as a curandera and herbalist with the Shipibo-Konibo lineage. She specializes in crafting personalized microdose protocols and guided journeys.

Rachael is an advocate of sacred plant medicines, an energy worker, and a creator of sacred containers. Since 2017, she has been working with plant medicine to heal herself, learning wellness modalities with psilocybin and therapeutic support.

Your journey begins before you arrive with personalized preparation including intake discussions, two 1:1 somatic preparation sessions, and virtual group preparation to ensure you feel ready and supported.
You'll be picked up from Liberia Airport and welcomed to Ananda Lodge with refreshments, group orientation, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony to begin connecting with the land and your fellow travelers.

Between ceremonies, you'll have dedicated time for integration through group sharing circles, energy center workshops, somatic practices, yoga, breathwork, vocal activation, and optional healing services. Free time allows for personal reflection, beach visits, and rest.
