True transformation happens when you apply lessons to your daily life, to relationships, habits, and the nervous-system patterns that shape how you move through the world.
Ananda Lodge is different because of the depth and continuity of our preparation and integration process. All of your sessions before, during, and after the retreat are one-on-one with the same experienced guide. This allows an intimate and trusting relationship to unfold, rooted in deep presence and personalized care, unlike centers that offer a single integration call or rotate you through a team of facilitators.
Integration begins when you commit. Before you come to Costa Rica, you will have up to 3 one-on-one preparation sessions, depending on your needs.
We believe in intimate plant medicine experiences that support each individual's unique process. Onsite, you will participate in 2 one-on-one integration sessions to immediately understand your plant medicine experience.
Real transformation unfolds over time. Like a seedling becoming a plant, the process asks for patience, compassion, and attuned support: 3 one-on-one sessions with your integration specialist over 3 months, then membership in the Colibrí Circle.
“This journey provided me with direction that I had never received before in traditional therapy. I have seen psychologists and psychiatrists. I have taken prescription meds for anxiety and depression. I have also pursued many physical and spiritual modalities to try and heal parts of me and my life where I've been challenged. Many of those experiences were a waste of time and money because I was not committed or open-minded, but they were not holistic approaches.”
Integration begins before the retreat and continues long after. Every guest receives sessions designed to translate their experience into meaningful, lasting change.
Best for: all retreat participants, and anyone integrating a past plant medicine experience.
For those coming into or out of ceremony feeling open or raw, this container offers trauma-informed guidance from our plant medicine specialists to help you stabilize, reflect, and integrate.
Extended containers for different stages of the journey, all rooted in trauma-informed somatic principles and the belief that transformation is gradual and embodied.
Many people try to think their way through emotional struggles. This program works a different pathway, how stress and trauma live in the body, and how to meet those patterns through awareness and nervous-system regulation.
Best for: anxiety, stress, trauma patterns, or a sense of disconnection from the body.
Our most immersive program, eight phases of transformation exploring emotional patterns, nervous-system regulation, life direction, and spiritual connection. Not just insight, but lasting change.
Best for: long-term mentorship and deeper personal transformation.

Transformation rarely happens in isolation. The Colibrí Circle is Ananda's alumni community, gathering regularly for reflection, conversation, and shared support as members continue integrating into daily life. The hummingbird, the colibrí, symbolizes joy, resilience, and the heart.
