Permission
You were never meant to earn your way back to yourself.
This is not just a retreat. It is an invitation. For the woman who is ready to stop leaving herself behind. Not because she is broken, but because somewhere along the way she learned to abandon herself in order to survive. Here, you don't have to earn your place, prove your worth, or arrive as anything other than who you are.
This is your permission.
Eight days. Seven nights. Eleven women. One sacred circle. Three psilocybin ceremonies, one cacao ceremony, and somatic breathwork woven through a carefully designed arc. You have spent years holding everything together. Something inside you is quietly asking for more. Not more to do. More permission.
Permission is not given by anyone else.
It is reclaimed in the body.
It is not earned through more doing, more proving, or more holding it together. Permission to rest. Permission to receive. Permission to trust yourself again. Permission to come home to yourself. Maybe you have spent so much of your life holding everything together that you have forgotten what it feels like to simply be held.
- Permission to rest
- Permission to receive
- Permission to trust yourself again
- Permission to come home to yourself
- Setting down what you carry
- Letting care and nourishment land
- Believing your own knowing, even when it is quiet
- Returning to the woman beneath everything you have been carrying
This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and remember the woman beneath everything you have been carrying. We hold space with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique journey.
Medicine of mind, heart,
spirit, and body.
Across three psilocybin ceremonies — a gentle opening dose, the signature 5am dawn journey, and a closing Lemon Tek — what is underneath is finally free to surface. Cacao opens the heart at the start of the week. Guided breathwork moves the medicine into the body so it settles as lasting change. This is not a retreat where you receive healing. It is where you reclaim your authority to heal yourself.
Medicine of mind
Three ceremonies, titrated with safety: a gentle opening, the 5am dawn journey, and a closing Lemon Tek. Each one reveals what the last made possible.
Medicine of heart and spirit
A cacao ceremony opens the week. Somatic breathwork is woven through integration days so the work lands in the body, not only in insight.
Eleven women. One sacred circle.
Heidi Romer, Dana Mistretta, and Kimberly hold this container. Intimate by design, with luxury accommodations, a private chef, and preparation and integration support around the week.
The somatic work between ceremonies is not filler. It is where the rewiring happens.
What happens when you don't reclaim this.
The patterns that brought you here do not stay still. They deepen. The body that has been overridden for years begins to speak in the only language left: illness, exhaustion, numbness, rage that surfaces sideways.
The body keeps the record
Chronic override builds a nervous system that no longer knows how to rest. Pain, fatigue, and disconnection are not symptoms to manage. They are the body's record of everything it was not allowed to feel.
Accommodation keeps asking
When you do not know your own boundaries, you cannot protect them. Relationships shaped around your accommodation continue to demand it. The ones that could be reciprocal stay surface-level because you have not shown them who you actually are.
A life that belongs to someone else
Decisions made from others' expectations accumulate into a life that belongs to someone else. The longer the gap between who you are and who you have been performing, the harder it becomes to hear what you actually want.
Not a new version of yourself.
The one that was always there.
A body you trust again
Sensation and felt sense restored as primary guidance. Chronic patterns held from suppressed emotion beginning to release.
Boundaries that protect you
The embodied capacity to say no from a grounded place, not from fear or guilt, and relationships that begin to reflect that.
Intuition as a reliable compass
The ability to trust what you sense over what you are told. Decisions made from authentic desire rather than conditioned response.
Access to your full emotional range
Including anger, rage, and grief as sources of intelligence and protection, rather than things to manage away for everyone else's comfort.
Eight days. One continuous arc.
A carefully designed progression that honors how somatic transformation actually happens — slowly, with safety, through titrated exposure and integration. Three ceremonies, three integration days, one continuous arc.
The Uncoiling
Grounding, orientation, and downregulation. Meeting the land and the circle. Allowing the nervous system to slow before any ceremony opens. Clarifying what sovereignty — and permission — mean for you.
Ceremony One · Meeting the Medicine
An opening cacao ceremony and ceremony preparation, followed by a carefully calibrated first dose. The focus is establishing safety in the circle.
The Journey Inward
Integration and somatics, anchored by the first guided breathwork journey. Who were you before the conditioning? What parts of yourself have you abandoned?
Ceremony Two · The 5am Journey
Our signature ceremony begins at 5am, when the brain naturally drops into essential processing, as the sun begins to rise.
Sovereignty of Space
The heart of the work, deepened by the second breathwork. Boundaries as self-love, releasing shame and resentment, reclaiming sacred rage, permission, and womb connection.
Ceremony Three · Community & Music
Our final ceremony uses the Lemon Tek method for a more focused experience, joined alongside the circle and medicine musicians. Traditional Amazonian rapé is available for those who wish.
Your Freedom Body
A third breathwork journey, given your own freedom of expression. Art, a sunset beach walk, and a closing fire ceremony.
Resilience & Reclamation
A closing circle to anchor what you found and clarify what you carry forward. You leave with a nervous system that knows what sovereignty feels like.
This immersion is built for a specific woman.
This is for you if…
- You feel the distance between who you are and who you appear to be, and you are ready to close it
- You have tried conventional support and feel there is a layer it cannot reach
- You are drawn to medicine work and want a container with genuine somatic and trauma-informed expertise
- You are willing to feel what is real rather than what is comfortable
- You want the smallest, most intimate group possible
- You are ready for the work that happens between ceremonies, not just inside them
- You understand that sovereignty is built in the body, not the mind
This is not for you if…
- You are in acute mental health crisis or have untreated psychiatric conditions that contraindicate medicine work
- You are seeking a primarily spiritual or visionary experience rather than somatic, embodied work
- You are unwilling to engage with the preparation and integration process
- You want a passive experience where healing is done to you
- You are currently on medications that contraindicate plant medicine (reviewed in intake)
- You are not willing to be in a women's-only container
You are held before, during, and after. Preparation before you arrive, and integration support after, so what you find here has time to anchor into your life. The eight days on the land are the center.

Heidi Romer
Heidi helps women remember there is nothing wrong with them — only parts asking to be seen, understood, and loved. Blending trauma-informed coaching, somatic breathwork, and plant medicine facilitation, she believes healing is about creating enough safety to come home to yourself.

Kimberly Ocaña
A certified somatic trauma-informed medicine facilitator, ICF coach, and sound healing therapist specializing in women's wellness — mentored by Atira Tan, Daniela Riojas, and Kat Courtney, among teachers across several medicine lineages.

Dana Mistretta
A certified Reiki Master Teacher and intuitive guide blending emotional intelligence, sound healing, and transformational facilitation. President & Co-Founder of the Sanctuary of Consciousness, Dana has walked as a Medicine Woman for over five years under her Indigenous teachers. Her deepest knowing: the pathway forward is through the heart.
In plant medicine tradition, a guardian is one who holds the container while you do the work, not directing your experience, not managing it, but holding the space steady so you can go as far as you need to go. A guide shows you where to walk. A guardian ensures it is safe enough to walk there at all.

There is only clarity.
Why this circle. Why now. Why for women.
Why psilocybin and cacao for this work?
I feel exhausted and depleted. Will I have the capacity for this work?
Can this work help with physical symptoms like weight, pain, or poor sleep?
I have never sat with plant medicine before. Is this the right place to begin?
Why does an eleven-woman circle matter?
What does the medical screening assess?
