You are invited to take part in this 8 day/7 night offering of the indigenous sacred medicine of San Pedro for deep wellness and self-discovery.
Echinopsis pachanoi, San Pedro or also known as Huachuma, is a cactus revered as a sacred plant medicine for over 3,000 years in Peru. Growing in the high altitudes of the Andes mountains, San Pedro is a tall, fast-growing cactus that contains a number of psychoactive alkaloids, but the major one is the classic psychedelic mescaline. The cactus has been used for its powerful medicinal properties by South American peoples for thousands of years.
Despite being sometimes overlooked, San Pedro possesses profound wellness properties. While a San Pedro ceremony can be intense and powerful, it is also known as the grandfather medicine, highlighting its ability to help us slow down and enjoy the present moment.
San Pedro is unique in that it does not have the same pharmaceutical contraindications that are present with ayahuasca, allowing those who are on certain medications to experience its beautiful and deep wellness medicine. The San Pedro experience is known for being empathogenic (similar to MDMA) and potentially life-changing, promoting radical introspection, wellness, and a sense of wonder and awe.
San Pedro facilitates a deep exploration of our self-imposed barriers and limitations, allowing us to open our hearts and connect with our true selves. Each ceremony is a profound reunion with ourselves, Mother Nature, and the Divine.
Acting as a medicinal mirror, San Pedro illuminates the self-limiting beliefs and patterns that we cling to, gently guiding us towards releasing that which no longer serves our highest good. As an empathogenic, San Pedro can instill a sense of universal connectedness, promoting unity with self, others, nature, and the greater spiritual universe.
Chase Moore, a Tennessee native, is an experienced Huachumero trained in the indigenous San Pedro medicine tradition by his long time teacher, Bernhard Karshagen. He’s a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has been teaching for over a decade.
Ceremonies with Chase are always limited to a small number of participants to ensure personal, one-on-one time with each person. Chase currently lives in the Sacred Valley of Peru with his wife, Anna, and their beautiful daughter,
Maria Grace.
