Who this is for

You can feel the year turning.
The next chapter is unnamed.

You are not in crisis. You have done real work on yourself. And still, something is not resolved, a direction that remains unclear, a knowing you can feel but cannot quite articulate. As December arrives, the quiet pressure intensifies.

  • Pulled in too many directions
  • Vision without traction
  • You know something needs to shift
  • Busy doing, never being
  • A next chapter waiting to be named
  • Ready to hear your own signal again
The medicines

The medicine of vision.
The medicine of the heart.

Psilocybin and San Pedro are not interchangeable. Each works through a different door. Together, over six days, they create a complete arc: dissolution and then clarity, opening and then grounding, the specific sequence Felipe and Adriana of Ikkaruna have refined over years of ceremonial practice.

psilocybin / altar — Ananda Lodge
The House of Spheres · Daytime Ceremony

Psilocybin

The medicine of Costa Rica's living traditions. Within Ikkaruna's ceremonial framework, guided through music, song, and ritual art, it creates a temporary dissolution of the familiar self-narrative. The boundary between the known self and the deeper layers of the psyche softens, and what lives beneath the noise surfaces. Held at the family altar during the day, guided by Felipe and Adriana's original ceremonial songs. This is the opening: a first deep listening.

San Pedro / Chakana altar — Ananda Lodge
The Chakana Altar · Nighttime Vigil

San Pedro (Wachuma)

The sacred medicine of the Andes. A profound and powerful teacher, it operates over eight to twelve hours as a nighttime vigil. Working through the body rather than around it, the Chakana ceremony is a night of song and prayer guided by the Stepped Cross, master symbol of Andean cosmovision. San Pedro does not dissociate, it clarifies. What Psilocybin opened during the day, Wachuma roots into the body through the night as felt conviction.

A single, unified arc

This is not two separate medicine experiences. It is a single, unified arc, sequenced with precision by practitioners who have held both traditions for over a decade.

Ikkaruna · Songs of Good Living

Felipe Kilakeo & Adriana Chantico.

Ikkaruna is not a brand. It is a living ceremonial lineage, carried by Felipe and Adriana as an expression of indigenous practice from the Andes and the Americas, years spent refining the intersection of ancestral medicine, ritual art, and somatic healing.

Felipe Kilakeo

Andean Ceremonialist · Naturopath · Musician

An artist of Mapuche Qolla origin, Felipe is a therapist specializing in Naturopathy, Iridology, Herbal Medicine, Medical Arts, and Spiritual Sciences. He is a director and musician of Andean Ceremonies and Rituals, and a researcher of ancestral technologies, studying within the native traditions of Abya Yala.

His work operates across culture, art, spirituality, and medicine in indigenous and mestizo communities. Felipe holds the Chakana ceremony and leads the ceremonial song methodology throughout the immersion.

photo of Adriana — Ananda Lodge

Adriana Chantico

Ceremonial Singer · Bioenergetic Therapist

Adriana is an alternative, bioenergetic, and bodywork therapist specializing in Biomagnetism therapy and Traditional Thai Massage. She teaches Yoga, Meditation, Anusara Yoga, and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and guides healing through ceremonies with sacred plant medicines, rituals, healing arts, and Red Road practices.

She is the feminine voice of Ikkaruna, and her ceremonial singing is a living demonstration of the very practice she teaches. During ceremony, Adriana's voice is a primary instrument of healing.

The arc

Six days. A complete structure.

Day 1

Arrival & Grounding

Arrive at Ananda Lodge and settle into the land. An evening welcome circle introduces the group, the facilitators, and the week's intentions. Dietary guidelines, ceremony protocols, and the arc of the six days are reviewed together. The grounding begins before any medicine is taken.

Day 2

The House of Spheres

The Psilocybin ceremony, held during the day, guided by Felipe and Adriana's ceremonial songs, the family altar, and stories of origin. Individual dosage consultation is held prior. Trauma-informed throughout and held as an offering to the spiritual world through music, song, and ritual art. This is the opening of the arc.

Day 3

Integration & Going Deeper

The first full day of Ikkaruna's methodology. Morning sessions explore natural melody, rhythm and body, territorial identity, and the cosmology of sound. Afternoon practice includes voice and resonation practices and personal poetic writing. Individual consultations, cleansings, and therapies are available in the open spaces.

Day 4

The Chakana Ceremony

A nighttime vigil at the Chakana Altar. The group journeys through four times and spaces of the night in song, prayer, and communion with Pachamama. Felipe holds the Andean ancestral tradition; Adriana's voice guides the group through the night. This is often when the vision arrives fully.

Day 5

Integration

A day held lightly. Individual consultations with Felipe and Adriana, cleansing therapies, and bodywork are offered. The grounds are open for solitary reflection, journaling, and creative expression. No structured group programming, only the space to integrate. Additional sessions available for a supplemental fee.

Day 6

Closing & Departure

A morning closing circle to honor what each person found across the six days. The intentions carried into the new year are named and witnessed by the group. Departure follows, with post-immersion integration support from the Ananda team continuing in the weeks ahead.

Questions

Answered directly.

Why Psilocybin in the day and San Pedro at night?
Each medicine works through a different door. Psilocybin, held during the day at the House of Spheres, creates an opening, a dissolution of the familiar self-narrative so that what lives beneath the noise can surface. San Pedro, held as a nighttime vigil at the Chakana Altar, works through the body to root that opening into felt clarity. The sequence matters: dissolution then clarity, opening then grounding. What the day opens, the night makes conviction.
Who are Felipe and Adriana? What is Ikkaruna?
Ikkaruna, Songs of Good Living, is a living ceremonial lineage carried by Felipe Kilakeo and Adriana Chantico as an expression of indigenous practice from the Andes and the Americas. They have spent years refining the intersection of ancestral medicine, ritual art, and somatic healing. Felipe holds the Chakana ceremony and leads the ceremonial song methodology; Adriana is the feminine voice of Ikkaruna, her singing a primary instrument of healing in ceremony.
Do I need prior ceremony experience?
No prior ceremony experience is required, but readiness is. This immersion asks for active participation in vocal and creative ceremonial practices, and full commitment to the six-day arc and intake process. The Sacred Journey Call is where we explore whether this is the right container for you at this moment.
How do Psilocybin and San Pedro work together over six days?
This is not two separate medicine experiences, it is a single, unified arc. The days between and around the ceremonies are structured with Ikkaruna's methodology: sound and voice practice, poetic writing, individual consultations, cleansings, and bodywork. The medicine received through ceremony meets the medicine received through song, and two integration days give your nervous system the space to let the vision land.
What does the prerequisite screening process involve?
A comprehensive intake reviews your health history, current medications, and readiness for this specific container. Because the immersion combines two medicines and asks for active ceremonial participation, we assess fit carefully, including any contraindications with SSRIs, MAOIs, or other medications. We will tell you directly if we have concerns. It begins with the Sacred Journey Call.
