The Medicine
Psilocybin is one of the most studied substances for therapeutic change. In the right container, it creates a window of neuroplasticity: genuine openness to new patterns, new perspectives, new ways of being. What we have seen in our guests goes further than the research.
The Container
Three ceremonies, intentionally sequenced so each one builds on the last. Microdosing for 12 weeks: four weeks before you arrive, eight weeks after you return. Your nervous system does not get one powerful experience and then nothing. It is resourced throughout.
The Facilitation
Psilocybin alone does not create lasting change. What creates lasting change is what you do with it. Six private sessions with your guardian, eight group calls, and a structured somatic framework that translates insight into action, so clarity from ceremony becomes the way you actually live.
The Timing
The first weeks after ceremony are when the brain is most receptive to new patterns. Most programs leave you to navigate that window alone. This one does not. You are held before, during, and in the weeks that follow, which is exactly when the real work happens.

Preparation, immersion, and integration: each phase is as important as the one before it. Three Psilocybin ceremonies, each intentionally sequenced. The program begins weeks before you arrive and continues for eight weeks after you return. The ceremonies are the center, not the whole.
Microdose Enrollment Closes
Final date to enroll in the Attune phase. Your Psilocybin microdose medicine must ship before the preparation window opens. Enrollment after this date cannot be accommodated.

The Opening Ceremony
First Psilocybin ceremony. A welcoming dose designed to build trust with the medicine and your cohort. Your nervous system prepared, your intention sealed.
Integration Days
Somatic integration, ocean time, rest, art therapy. Individual guardian check-ins. Space to let the first ceremony land.
The 5AM Dawn Journey
The brain's most receptive hours, combined with sound healing as the sun rises. One of the most distinctive ceremonies we offer. Held in full community as the light changes.
Integration + Third Ceremony
Day 6: rest, integration, and preparation. Day 7: The Lemon Tek ceremony with live medicine music. A deeper, more focused experience. Each ceremony is intentionally designed, not repeated.
Departure
Final morning gathering. Closing circle. Shuttle back. You carry the container with you.

The Attune Phase
4 weeks of Psilocybin microdosing: the structured Attune protocol via Golden Rule precision microdosing. 4 weekly group sessions on nervous system regulation, the science of change, and somatic embodiment. 3 private guardian sessions covering your story, intentions, and ceremony preparation. Circle community platform access from day one. Program guidebook, reflection prompts, and empowerment tools.
The Immersion
8 days / 7 nights all-inclusive at Ananda Lodge, Playa Grande, Costa Rica. 3 uniquely designed Psilocybin ceremonies, each intentionally sequenced, never repeated. Private chef meals daily. King-suite bedrooms with ocean views, all private occupancy. Somatic integration, art therapy, breathwork, and ocean time between ceremonies. All shuttles included from Liberia International Airport.
The Anchor Phase
8 weeks of Psilocybin microdosing to support the integration window. Cohort calls every two weeks: accountability, honest reporting, peer support. 3 private guardian sessions with commitments tracked and course corrections made. Circle community stays active throughout the Anchor phase. 1-year Colibri Circle alumni enrollment when the program closes. 20% off future Ananda programs.

Certified somatic trauma-informed medicine facilitator and integration guide. Over 15 years in personal facilitation. Her own path moved through corporate burnout and into deep healing through sacred plant medicine.

Dana Mistretta
Eight years of devoted study and practice with sacred plant medicine. In 2018, moved to Peru to apprentice with Huachuma alongside other plant teachers.
