ABOUT
The pains held by women of color are best healed in community and this retreat provides a supportive environment to do your sacred work. If you are open to new possibilities and ready to embark on a journey of deep healing work, your loving ancestors are waiting to assist you. This retreat is the opportunity to bond, connect, and heal long-standing wounds carried way too long in a community of feminine energy.
Medicine or Modalities
Together, we will facilitate a relationship between your parts and your internal healing resource called Self.
Through mindfulness, guided meditation, experiential exercises, and teachings from the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, you’ll deepen your connection to your internal healing resource and build relationships with the parts of you that carry the weight of trauma.
THE EXPERIENCE
Healthy Meals Prepared by Private Chefs
Round-trip Airport Shuttle
One Group Excursion
Cacao Ceremony
By the end of the workshop, you’ll be invited to explore ways to incorporate these tools into your daily life to help calm activated or triggered parts of yourself. You’ll have the opportunity to cultivate a new or deepened relationship with supportive ancestors to guide you through your daily life. Additionally, you’ll be encouraged to reflect on a greater understanding of the inner parts of others that make you less likely to personalize their behavior.
